Thunder van de Zuuthoeve

Thunder van de Zuuthoeve was a talented showjumping horse who had a successful career in the sport. He was born in 1999 and was a Belgian Warmblood stallion. Thunder van de Zuuthoeve was ridden by Belgian rider, Pieter Devos, and together they achieved many notable accomplishments.

Thunder van de Zuuthoeve and Pieter Devos won several Grand Prix competitions, including the Grand Prix of Brussels in 2011, the Grand Prix of Rotterdam in 2012, and the Grand Prix of La Baule in 2013. They also represented Belgium in international competitions, including the 2014 FEI World Equestrian Games in Normandy, where they helped the Belgian team win the bronze medal.

Thunder van de Zuuthoeve was known for his athleticism, scope, and carefulness over fences. He had a great work ethic and was a reliable partner in the ring. Thunder van de Zuuthoeve was retired from competition in 2016 and was later retired to stud.

Thunder van de Zuuthoeve`s legacy continues through his offspring, who have also had success in the sport. His son, Espoir, was ridden by Pieter Devos won the Grand Prix of Knokke in 2018.
